Website Apple.pro has unearthed a whole new photo purported showing Apple’s next generation of iPhone which has a separate rear camera lens and LED flash. The rear panel looks to help keep the lens about the left side, but moves the flash to the right hand side. It’s been reported the separation with the lens and flash is coming to improve photo quality and to slow up the “red-eye” effect which has plagued low-light photos taken using the apple iphone 4.
Even if this photo - found on a blog and leaked by a mystery source - is new, this rumor is just not. Previous photos of third-party cases created for the fifth-generation iPhone have suggested that this lens and flash will likely be separated, plus that Apple has increased the dimensions of the display. This move will more than likely require Apple to utilize a new camera component, because the camera lens and flash really are a single component in today's iPhone.
This isn’t the initial leak that Apple.pro makes. Previously, the site leaked that this iPod Nano would obtain a touchscreen - which it did rolling around in its current model. However, they have been recognized to miss on rumors, including one posted in February proclaiming that Apple was testing three different prototypes for the following iPhone, including the one that a sliding physical keyboard. This rumor was widely panned and quickly become extinct. It is, however, likely that there will be some form of switch to you and lens assembly next iPhone.
